A forwarder is the one party that owns your shipment end to end.
Freight forwarding is the business of arranging carriage on someone else’s vessel or aircraft — booking space, consolidating cargo, issuing the bill of lading or air waybill, and coordinating every handover in between. An NVOCC accreditation lets a forwarder issue its own ocean bills of lading; an IATA accreditation does the same for air cargo.
Without one accountable forwarder, an importer is left chasing a shipping line, a broker, a trucker and a warehouse separately. Nonpareil holds the accreditations and the clearance licence together — so one team answers for the shipment from origin pickup to consignee delivery.
