MechanicFleet

Full time  ·  Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm  ·  Sun Valley, Parañaque City

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any vocational course or bachelor’s degree related to Automotive Technology
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Automotive Technician in the trucking industry (4, 6, 10-wheeler, trailer and refrigerated units)
  • TESDA NC II / NC III certificate is an advantage
  • Hardworking with good interpersonal skills
  • Knows how to drive a 4-wheeled unit and holds a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to start ASAP
Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, components, electrical and fuel systems for all fleet vehicles and executive service cars
  • Perform tune-ups, brake jobs, routine oil changes and preventive maintenance on all fleet vehicles
  • Perform paint jobs, buffing and body repair
  • Test motor vehicles and equipment, and inspect completed repairs to ensure units are safe to drive
  • Check engine lights, airbag systems, transmission fluids and filters (BLOWBAGETS)
  • Pull damaged parts off vehicles and tag them for inventory or disposal
  • Respond to emergency repair requests, including those outside Metro Manila
  • Coordinate parts orders and maintain sufficient parts inventory
  • Assist in assembling cars and trucks, and follow all safety procedures and policies

Truck Driver (4, 6, 10-wheeler & Trailer)Transport

Qualifications
  • At least high school graduate
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a driver of 4, 6, 10-wheeler and trailer units
  • Valid driver’s license with restriction codes 1, 2, 3, 8
  • Proven familiarity with NCR and Luzon delivery routes
  • Willing to start ASAP
Key responsibilities
  • Drive safely to destination and deliver a wide variety of items effectively and efficiently
  • Assist with loading and unloading, and secure and account for all items inside the assigned vehicle
  • Follow the assigned route and time schedule
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle
  • Complete logs and reports for all activities
  • Follow government and company safety and security standards, and traffic rules at all times
  • Take good care of the assigned delivery truck and keep it in good working order
  • Ensure the driver’s license is kept up to date

Key responsibilities
  • Recruitment & staffing — collaborate with department heads on hiring needs, develop staffing plans aligned to business goals, and oversee job postings, screening, interviewing and hiring
  • Track key hiring metrics: time to fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate and sourcing channel efficiency
  • Employee relations — foster a positive work environment, address grievances and disciplinary actions, mediate disputes and promote communication between management and staff
  • Performance management — design and manage appraisal systems, support managers in goal setting, identify training needs and guide performance improvement plans
  • Compensation & benefits — design competitive salary structures, manage benefits administration and payroll, and benchmark salaries against market trends

Admin ManagerAdministration

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in building or facilities management within the logistics industry
  • Knowledge of property systems, maintenance and regulations; computer literate
  • Must have completed safety-related training such as BOSH, OSH, LCM and HIRAC
  • Background in Good Distribution Practices (GDP), HACCP and ISO is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills
Key responsibilities
  • Facility maintenance — oversee daily maintenance and repairs of the building structure and systems, and coordinate service providers for HVAC, plumbing and electrical
  • Security & safety — monitor security systems, implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with fire safety and health regulations
  • Department relations — address department concerns promptly and maintain responsive working relationships
  • Budget & financial management — prepare and manage the building’s operating budget, and review expenses and vendor contracts regularly
  • Compliance & documentation — ensure adherence to local building codes and maintain all records
  • Staff supervision — supervise maintenance and security staff, provide training and enforce building policies
  • Vendor & contractor management — coordinate with external providers and evaluate performance quality

Compliance OfficerOperations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics or transport coordination
  • Proven track record in transportation, planning, inventory control and inbound/outbound operations coordination
  • Familiarity with delivery scheduling and route planning
  • Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Exposure, experience or training in ISO 9001:2015 and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, organizing, communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure across multiple dispatch schedules
  • Willing to start ASAP, to be assigned on-site and to work flexible hours
Key responsibilities
  • Ensure proper loading and dispatch of materials, and supervise the movement, distribution and storage of cargoes
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Organize warehouse operations, labeling, routing and shipment processing
  • Address delays, issues or concerns in real time and provide solutions
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are met by the team and by subcontractors
